Our Property Team

Pret A Manger has over 200 shops in the UK all of which operate under an A1 planning use. We will open between 20-30 new shops in the 2010 and are looking to open a similar amount each year in 2011 and 2012.

These should be in prime or good secondary locations and comprise between 600sqft (if it is a busy area and we have a large shop nearby) to 3000sqft. Ideally they should be corner units and have, or have the potential for, outside seating areas.
