Pret’s fresh avocados arrive in our kitchens perfectly ripe and are painstakingly peeled and stoned by our talented chefs. We pickle daikon (a crunchy white Asian radish) and carrot matchsticks to a special Thai recipe and add a dollop of aromatic sweet chilli sauce. Fresh scented coriander is then roughly chopped and crammed into the sandwich with a scrunched up handful of baby leaf spinach. (contains fish sauce)
