Pret's British Back bacon is hand cured and naturally smoked. It is sliced into thick rashers and gently grilled in our beautiful ovens. This is the ultimate buttie, served between 2 slices of soft, white bloomer with a dab of French unsalted butter. Delicious with (or without) ketchup or brown sauce.
