It's important to us that our sandwiches taste better than everybody else's. To achieve this, all our sandwiches are made fresh in each shop's kitchen throughout the day. We get vans every night to drop off our good, natural ingredients. Our chefs get cracking early in the morning. Nobody else does this.

We'd rather offer our sandwiches to charity than keep them over to sell the next day.
