Scottish Smoked Salmon & Soft Cheese Bloomer

7-grain Bloomer Bread (we counted) + Creamy Soft Cheese + Cucumber + Smoked Salmon + Lemon Juice + Baby Leaf Spinach

Pret smoked salmon is made using a traditional process in Inverness, near the northern tip of Scotland. It takes a good few days to cure, kiln dry and smoke our high quality salmon fillets. The art of smoking salmon has been passed down through generations and the chief salmon curer seems at least as old as the sea! We also add creamy soft cheese, freshly sliced cucumber and fresh bouncy baby leaf spinach to this awesome sandwich.
